our mission

The mission of the North Shore Community Health Network is to improve health outcomes in the North Shore area. We do this by providing funding, professional development and networking opportunities to community organizations providing health and social services across our region.

We know that health is more than access to healthcare and the absence of disease. Our role is to help people come together to bring about positive social, mental, physical, economic and environmental conditions and create healthy communities.

Through grant support, professional development, peer learning, training and networking, we provide opportunities for organizations throughout our region to build their capacity and collaborate with others for greater impact.
