The mission of the North Shore Community Health Network is to improve health outcomes in the North Shore area. We do this by providing funding, professional development and networking opportunities to community organizations providing health and social services across our region.

Who is INVOLVED?

The Network has an elected volunteer Steering Committee. Our FY 17 leaders are representatives from:
Beverly Bootstraps, Children's Friend and Family Services, Lahey Health System, Lynn Community Health Center, My Brother's Table, North Shore Medical Center/Partners Health Care, North Shore Elder Services, North Shore Community Health, Inc., North Shore YMCA, Salem State University, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

The Network's membership organizations include public health departments, local coalitions, health care systems, senior service agencies, youth-serving organizations, food pantries, community health centers, and a wide variety of human and social service providers. Member organizations within our service area are eligible to apply for our annual grants.

Open Network meetings are open to the public and any interested individuals may attend.
